The LEGO Tribute to Jules Verne’s Books (40690) is an absolute delight for fans of literature and microscale building alike. This clever display piece masterfully crams three classic adventures—Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Around the World in Eighty Days, and Five Weeks in a Balloon—onto the pages of an open brick-built book. While it is a relatively quick build, the creative parts usage for the tiny Nautilus submarine, the micro-train crossing the bridge, and the suspended hot air balloon makes it highly rewarding. It is a fantastic, compact celebration of imagination that looks perfect on any bookshelf.
